Over the many years I've worked online, I've accumulated hundreds and hundreds of reviews sent to me by clients from around the world. I keep these in a dedicated email folder. I've taken screenshots of a number of these and blocked out any information that might identify the senders. While screenshots do not make for a pretty aesthetic, I believe that for many people, the authenticity is more important than visual candy. They do not appear in any particular year order and are not an exhaustive sample.
